Merlot Reserve, Columbia Gorge 2008
This Merlot comes from the "Twelve Acre Block" of the acclaimed Celilo Vineyard.
Sloped east and south, the vineyard maximizes sun exposure. Grower Rick
Ensminger cropped the vines low; the small yield, combined with an extended
warm and dry fall season, produced a vintage expressing exceptional berry
flavors and richness.
Pinot Gris, Annala Vineyard, Columbia Gorge 2009
Situated adjacent to our estate, the Annala Vineyard roots in the same soil with
an aspect allowing full light until the sun sets beyond Mt. Defiance. A marriage
of site and 4th generation farming produces fruit beautifully balancing
mineral-laced ripeness and refreshing acidity.
Hellfire White Wine Columbia Gorge 2008
This rockin' blend of Pinot Gris/Chard/Gewürzt/Riesling/Sauv Blanc dances with
notes of honeysuckle and freesia highlighted with Granny Smith apples. The
finish is dry and lusciously long with a touch of flint. Lovely as an aperitif or with
pasta, quiche and summer salads. Also delicious with Asian inspired cuisine.

Vin De Glace, Pinot Gris, Columbia Gorge 2009
This single-vineyard dessert wine was grown next door to our Estate Vineyards by
the Annala Family. Harvested at the peak of ripeness with intense flavors and
beautiful acidity, the fruit was then frozen and pressed, concentrating the
nectar while offering a beautifully balanced wine with residual sweetness.
